3. Access and Use

Access to the website https://enu.vin is free for end users, who may consult the available wine-related information without registration.

The content is managed and made available by economic operators (such as producers, bottlers, or distributors), who subscribe to the technical presentation service provided by Leão e Coelho, Lda.. The service is offered under an annual or contractual subscription, during which the normal functioning of the platform is guaranteed, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen events beyond the company's control (e.g. infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters).

Leão e Coelho, Lda. reserves the right to suspend or limit access to the content of a specific economic operator in case of contractual breach, including non-payment, misuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms.
